Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting or related field.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Sage 100 and Sage 50 ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply GAAP to journal entries and month-end close.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger uploads and postings.
• Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with annual tax return preparation and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
