Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience handling General Liability claims.
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, statutes, and procedures pertaining to general liability claims.
• Experience with medical terminology in complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate General Liability claims to determine liability exposure.
• Manage caseload within targets and ensure timely investigations, evaluations, negotiations and dispositions.
• Identify fraud indicators and pursue subrogation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Safety, Brands and external partners to mitigate risk.
