• Licensed adjuster with jurisdictional eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in general liability.
• Strong knowledge of general liability rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload within established targets and appropriate level.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of all statutory deadlines or legal filings.
• Analyze facts of the loss to develop strategies and mitigate total cost of risk.
• Identify fraud indicators and pursue subrogation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Safety to identify hazards and minimize risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Manage book of claims up to $2 million with authority to settle up to $25,000.
• Communicate ongoing causes of incidents and resolve claim issues.
