Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of rules, regulations, statutes and procedures pertaining to general liability claims.
• Knowledge of medical terminology involved in complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate General Liability claims to determine liability exposure and manage the claim in its entirety.
• Maintain service level targets and achieve established claims goals.
• Interface with associates, attorneys, healthcare providers, vendor partners and Brand partners.
• Monitor deadlines and legal filings as needed.
• Identify fraud indicators and pursue subrogation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Safety to identify hazards and minimize risks.
