Job summary

BCG Attorney Search invites applications for a General Liability Associate Attorney in our Atlanta, Georgia office. The role focuses on defending clients in civil matters and managing a litigation caseload from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to the Georgia bar, and at least 3 years of defense litigation experience, including discovery and pretrial motions. A collaborative, hybrid work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia.
• 3+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience with general liability, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance litigation preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Sophisticated technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
