Job summary

Cipriani & Werner P.C. in Alpharetta, GA seeks a General Liability Associate to join our growing team. The role involves litigation support, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court with senior attorney collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, active GA license, and 2–4 years of relevant experience; General Liability Defense experience is preferred. This is a hybrid position with a salary range of $95,000 to $135,000.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Georgia license.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience; general liability defense preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw and Excel; familiarity with e-document management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain billable hours and manage client relationships.
• Assist in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trials when needed.
