Qualifications

• 2+ years of general liability or civil litigation experience.
• Active Georgia Bar admission required.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle general liability defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Attend court hearings and case management conferences.
• Manage discovery and assist with trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy.
