Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney in Atlanta, GA to lead defense litigation for prominent national clients. The role requires 8+ years of experience and offers direct client interaction, strategic case development, and high-stakes dispute resolution.

You will supervise junior attorneys, coordinate with partners, and manage complex matters from inception through trial in state and federal courts, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex defense litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Develop case strategy, including early case assessment and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and memoranda in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and work with experts.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
