Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is partnering with a premier national law firm to recruit a General Liability Associate Attorney in our Atlanta office. This hybrid role (3 days in-office per week) offers direct case ownership, substantive hands-on experience, and a clear path to equity partnership without portable business requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of defense-side civil litigation experience, a JD from an ABA-approved school, and an active Georgia Bar license.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active Georgia State Bar License in good standing.
• 2–8 years of defense-side civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of general liability, premises liability, bodily injury, and auto/casualty defense matters.
• Lead drafting for motions, pleadings, complaints, and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, appear in court hearings, and represent clients.
