BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Defense Litigation Attorney to lead defense matters in General Liability from our Atlanta, Georgia office. The role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with opportunities for growth and meaningful client interaction.

The candidate will manage complex litigation, draft pleadings and motions, and develop case strategies while maintaining proactive client communication and collaboration with partners and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• 9+ years of litigation experience in civil defense matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload through resolution.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff in a team environment.
• Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to trial.
• Develop and implement case strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain client communications with timely updates and recommendations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related documents.
• Evaluate liability and damages issues; assist in negotiating settlements.
