Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience including multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva for documentation and presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate, plan, and execute corporate events both in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and volunteer coordination activities and CRM data management.
• Coordinate logistics for events and meetings including pre-, day-of, and post-event duties.
• Input and maintain information in CRM and event software.
• Produce reports by manipulating data from multiple systems.
• Perform office management and reception duties, handle mail, calls, supplies, and vendor relations.
• Manage financial tasks including invoicing, expenses, and donations tracking.
• Maintain staff calendars and scheduling across teams.
• Develop event and meeting materials as needed.
