Hybrid work arrangement with some travel; temporary position through June 30, 2027. The candidate will work with a team to manage event databases and reporting, enabling successful fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of administrative and database management experience or equivalent.
• Strong data entry, reporting, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data in fundraising databases (Luminate/TeamRaiser, Greater Giving, GiveSmart, Tableau).
• Assist Fundraising Partners by finalizing opportunities and sharing data quality issues in Salesforce.
• Prepare reports as needed using the applications.
• Provide customer service for software corrections, receipts, and records.
• Troubleshoot with external customers.
• Travel within markets, including some evenings and weekends.
