Job summary

American Heart Association in Los Angeles seeks a Development Manager to expand and support an assigned portfolio of donors and volunteers, driving revenue through stewardship events and campaigns. You will collaborate on communications, events, marketing, and budgeting, with base salary and up to 25% incentive based on targets.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or related field.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated track record in donor and volunteer relations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor relationships and coordinate engagement and stewardship opportunities.
• Recruit and manage volunteer leadership committees and auction logistics.
• Support sponsorship opportunities and cultivate table sponsors.
• Serve as lead contact for social market campaigns and optimize donor experiences.
• Prepare materials for campaign evaluations and meetings using CRM standards.
