Job summary

WHYY in Philadelphia is seeking an entry-level Fundraising Operations Assistant to support gift processing and data management in a hybrid HQ setting (Philadelphia, PA 19106).

You will maintain the Revolution CRM by ROI Solutions, process donations and pledges, perform data uploads and clean-up, and help ensure data quality across the fundraising ecosystem, working with other team members during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination in data management or related field.
• At least one year of office experience with database and computer work.
• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to self-teach systems using platform documentation and training videos.
• Experience with data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process donations, pledges, recurring gifts, and event revenue.
• Maintain Revolution CRM and coordinate data between platforms.
• Ensure data quality across the fundraising ecosystem.
• Perform daily data uploads/imports and data corrections.
• Clean up constituent records and de-duplicate data.
• Support fundraising systems and ongoing operations.
