Job summary

The Trail Conservancy seeks a Development Coordinator to advance fundraising for annual operations and capital projects in a hybrid Austin setting. You will manage the donor CRM, generate reports, coordinate campaigns, and support donor relations at events, while collaborating with the Chief Development Officer.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in administration and nonprofit fundraising, strong Google Suite skills, and a customer-service focus.

Qualifications

Minimum two years in an administrative role, with at least one year in a nonprofit development role.
Google Suite proficiency required.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills, and financial literacy.
Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work outdoors in varying Central Texas weather; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Manage donor CRM data, record pledges and donations to support development operations.
Prepare timely acknowledgment letters and donor-facing correspondence.
Process and reconcile deposits; collaborate with Finance on revenue reconciliation.
Create and oversee CRM registration pages for TTC events and campaigns.
Produce weekly and monthly fundraising reports and donor segmentation analyses.
Lead annual digital and direct mail campaigns and manage segmented lists.
Represent TTC at events and provide support for the annual gala and membership events.
