Job summary

The Trail Conservancy seeks a Development Coordinator to advance fundraising for annual operations and capital projects in a hybrid Austin setting. You will manage the donor CRM, generate reports, coordinate campaigns, and support donor relations at events, while collaborating with the Chief Development Officer.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in administration and nonprofit fundraising, strong Google Suite skills, and a customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in an administrative role, with at least one year in a nonprofit development role.
• Google Suite proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills, and financial literacy.
• Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work outdoors in varying Central Texas weather; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor CRM data, record pledges and donations to support development operations.
• Prepare timely acknowledgment letters and donor-facing correspondence.
• Process and reconcile deposits; collaborate with Finance on revenue reconciliation.
• Create and oversee CRM registration pages for TTC events and campaigns.
• Produce weekly and monthly fundraising reports and donor segmentation analyses.
• Lead annual digital and direct mail campaigns and manage segmented lists.
• Represent TTC at events and provide support for the annual gala and membership events.
