Job summary

Conservation Colorado seeks a Community Fundraising Manager in Denver with hybrid work options. You will lead major fundraising events, grow small-dollar and monthly donor communities, and ensure equitable practices across campaigns. The role reports to the VP of Fundraising and blends strategy with hands-on donor stewardship.

You’ll design cultivation plans, manage donor touchpoints in Salesforce, and collaborate across teams to maximize impact. Deadline Nov 6, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of small-dollar and monthly donors with equitable fundraising practices.
• End-to-end event planning and financial execution experience.
• Strong cross‑department collaboration and clear communication skills.
• Partner with community stakeholders to design and execute community‑centered events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with donors under $1,000 annually and set revenue goals.
• Lead engagement strategies to convert one-time donors to recurring giving and upgrade monthly donors.
• Serve as project lead for Rebel with a Cause and Rebel Run, overseeing planning and budgets.
