Job summary

High Tech High Foundation, offering a hybrid, part-time fundraising role in San Diego, seeks an organized professional to manage community fundraising across schools and to launch the Alumni Association. Expect 17–20 hours per week with in-person events as needed, and a focus on donor relations, events, and record-keeping.

You will support the Executive Director, coordinate with Parent Associations and teachers, and ensure fundraising activities run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing fundraising events for nonprofits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run fundraising events from start to finish, including timelines and vendors.
• Manage guest registration, sponsorship benefits, and auction/raffle tracking.
• Build and run Alumni Association activities and volunteer leadership.
• Provide in-person support at events and campus visits.
• Maintain donor database (Bloomerang) and prepare reports.
