Job summary

Impact Beverage is seeking a Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordinator to ensure efficient flow of finished goods from production to customer delivery. You will oversee outbound shipments, inventory reporting, and coordination with warehouse and customer service to maintain on-time, accurate deliveries.

The role requires 3-5+ years in fulfillment or logistics, advanced Excel, and ERP experience such as Plex.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of fulfillment, logistics, warehouse, or customer operations experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, reporting, and data analysis).
Experience with ERP systems such as Plex or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience analyzing transportation and carrier performance metrics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Verify all required shipping and compliance documents are complete within OpenDock prior to releasing outbound orders.
Manage customer outbound shipment requests and ensure timely execution through OpenDock workflows.
Provide daily finished goods inventory reports to customers.
Prepare and distribute month-end finished goods inventory reports in accordance with customer deadlines.
Monitor carrier performance, on-time delivery metrics, freight efficiency, and service levels.
Maintain customer shipping addresses and distribution data within Plex ERP.
Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve shipment issues.
Develop inventory and shipment reporting tools to improve operational visibility.
Send weekly production samples and material requests as needed.
Other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
