Impact Beverage is seeking a Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordinator to ensure efficient flow of finished goods from production to customer delivery. You will oversee outbound shipments, inventory reporting, and coordination with warehouse and customer service to maintain on-time, accurate deliveries.
The role requires 3-5+ years in fulfillment or logistics, advanced Excel, and ERP experience such as Plex.

About the Role: The Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of finished goods from production to customer delivery. This role oversees outbound shipments, inventory reporting, customer order fulfillment, and logistics coordination while serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, optimize shipping processes, and support on-time, accurate deliveries in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Location and Format: 4330 Winton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45232
Primarily work on-site, with flexibility to work from home as projects and responsibilities permit. Monday – Friday | 9AM-5PM
