Bev-Hub is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of products from our state-of-the-art facility to customers across the country. The role requires detail orientation, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

As part of our team, you will work with cutting-edge equipment and collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate records and drive process improvements, while contributing to our sustainable beverage initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods
• Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistics or shipping issues
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving activities
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe handling of products
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors
• Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on shipping and receiving metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and inventory turnover.
