• Ability to diagnose and resolve real-time trading issues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct front-office technology support to equities traders, middle office users, and compliance teams on the trading floor.
• Monitor trading platforms and related systems to ensure stability, performance, and availability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time trading issues affecting order flow and execution.
• Investigate and address compliance-related inquiries and trading issues through detailed analysis.
• Serve as an escalation point for problems involving orders, executions, booking, and allocation workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues involving order routing, OMS, and trade lifecycle events.
• Analyze logs (application, FIX) to identify root causes of trading issues.
• Communicate incidents and resolutions to stakeholders and management.
• Gather business requirements from traders and translate into technical specs.
