Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect required patient information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with daily office operations.
• Collect copays, balances, and other payments.
• Explain charges and payment questions to patients.
