You will coordinate with Project Managers to develop project schedules and forecasts, maintain budgets, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves monthly budget accruals, cost reporting, variance analysis, and preparing management reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and cash flow/forecast plans with input from the Project Manager and functional departments.
• Create, maintain, and update project schedules and milestones.
• Document, monitor, and communicate project milestones and risks to stakeholders.
• Participate in project status meetings and revise the project plan as needed.
• Monitor and update schedules within the Project Manager's node based on progress.
