Responsibilities include reviewing submittals, analyzing EV, and leading the monthly controls cycle while coordinating with estimating, scheduling, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of project controls experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience integrating cost and schedule data on a common WBS/CBS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs' integrated controls system and baselines to reconcile cost and schedule data.
• Review contractor cost and schedule submittals against contract requirements.
• Analyze earned value, cost and schedule performance indices and surface variances.
• Evaluate change proposals and time impact analyses for merit and recommend actions.
• Oversee forecast, cash flow projection, and contingency position.
• Coordinate risk register with baselines for forecasting and contingency decisions.
• Lead monthly controls cycle and present status to leadership.
• Coordinate controls across adjacent contracts and interfaces.
• Ensure cross-package coordination for program decisions.
