PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigation & Operations Support Analyst to prevent, detect, investigate, and mitigate plastic card fraud while supporting operational effectiveness and process improvement. The role blends advanced fraud investigation with business and data analysis, QA, and system support for resilient operations.

• Associates degree with 2–4 years of relevant fraud/risk experience.
• Experience in fraud investigations and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to card fraud and disputes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fraud investigation and risk mitigation monitoring.
• Develop and optimize rule strategies to detect fraudulent transactions.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and law enforcement as needed.
• Support operations through business analysis, data mining, and reporting.
• Coordinate system requirements and participate in testing and production releases.
