FNBO is seeking an Analyst I, Authentication and Contact Strategy to monitor potential fraudulent activity on customer accounts, validate high-risk transactions with customers, and coordinate risk issues with relevant business units.

The role includes a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote, following approximately three months of onsite training at the Tower, and offers a base pay within a defined range.

Qualifications

• Fraud experience is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Business Objects.
• Experience with SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and investigate potential suspicious activity.
• Work with customers to validate high-risk transactions or close accounts with confirmed fraud.
• Engage business units to resolve risk issues and provide feedback on trends.
