FNBO is seeking an Analyst I, Authentication and Contact Strategy in Omaha to monitor potential fraudulent activity on customer accounts and validate transactions with customers. The role involves engaging business units on risk issues and providing trend feedback to analysts and management.
The position requires hybrid work: three days in the office and two remote days, with initial training onsite for several weeks. Compensation ranges with starting pay within the posted range.
The Analyst I, Authentication and Contact Strategy is accountable for routine monitoring related to potential fraudulent activity on customer accounts. The role is also responsible for working with customers to validate transactions, and engaging relevant business unit contact regarding risk issues related to fraud activity.
Training will be approximately 3 months onsite Monday-Friday 8A-5P. The employee will then transition into 9A-6P after released from training. Training will be all onsite at the Tower. This position will require 3 days in the office 2 days at home.

Compensation range (base pay): $47,613.00-$78,560.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
