FNBO is seeking an Analyst I, Authentication and Contact Strategy in Omaha to monitor potential fraudulent activity on customer accounts and validate transactions with customers. The role involves engaging business units on risk issues and providing trend feedback to analysts and management.

The position requires hybrid work: three days in the office and two remote days, with initial training onsite for several weeks. Compensation ranges with starting pay within the posted range.

Qualifications

• Fraud experience required.
• PRM knowledge desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and investigate potential suspicious activity.
• Work account takeover, fraud application, bust out, synthetic ID and other suspicious activity queues/reports.
• Work with customers to validate high risk transactions or close and status accounts with confirmed fraud.
• Engage business units to solve potential at risk issues.
• Provide feedback to analysts and management on trends.
