First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking an Analyst I in Authentication and Contact Strategy to monitor potential fraudulent activity on customer accounts and assist customers in validating transactions. The Analyst I, Authentication and Contact Strategy is accountable for routine monitoring related to potential fraudulent activity on customer accounts. The role is also responsible for working with customers to validate transactions, and engaging relevant business unit contact regarding risk issues related to fraud activity.
Training will be approximately 3 months onsite Monday-Friday 8A-5P. The employee will then transition into 9A-6P after released from training.Training will be all onsite at the Tower.This position will require 3 days in the office 2 days at home.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation range (base pay): $47,613.00-$78,560.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
