Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a Manager of Design and Construction to guide franchisees through new builds, relocations, remodels, and brand updates nationwide. You will coordinate resources, review brand standards, and manage vendor programs to ensure openings on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or associate degree in construction, facilities, business administration, communications, or equivalent.
• Five to seven years’ experience in interior construction projects, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and comment on full sets of interior construction documents (Fixture Plans, Floor Covering Plans, RCPs, Elevations & Details).
• Experience in purchasing and vendor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel nationally, up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Guide franchisees through the full lifecycle of design and construction projects and provide resources and specifications.
• Track portfolio of concurrent projects and escalate delays or brand-standards concerns.
• Facilitate project update meetings and document brand-related decisions.
• Review sites, landlord letters, and lease exhibits for brand-standard alignment.
• Support punch list, closeout, and warranty follow-up with brand-approved vendors.
• Serve as the primary Franchise Support Center resource for franchisees during design and construction.
