Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising in Miami, FL is seeking a Construction Manager to uphold brand standards across franchise builds and ongoing equipment initiatives. You will serve as a central liaison between internal teams and external construction partners, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, monitoring progress via site visits and calls, coordinating with real estate, operations, and marketing, and guiding vendors to align with the JETSET

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Design, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction review in franchise/multi-unit retail or hospitality.
• Knowledge of construction, permitting workflows, and buildouts.
• Experience reviewing architectural plans, signage proposals, and vendor submittals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel to active sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and ensure brand compliance across franchise builds.
• Review construction documents and drawings for brand alignment.
• Monitor progress via OAC calls, site visits, milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams (real estate, ops, marketing) and vendors.
• Maintain reporting on status and opening dates.
• Manage vendor contracts and onboarding of signage and millwork.
• Provide feedback for the Design & Construction Manual.
• Support franchisees with compliance and issue resolution.
