Job summary

Delta Dental seeks a Senior Systems Administrator - FP&A to plan, implement, maintain, and support FP&A IT solutions. You will work across IT and Finance on Oracle EPM Cloud, PCM, EDM and related tools to meet business needs.

The role requires 4+ years in a systems/application environment, strong EPM/ERP knowledge, and collaboration with leaders and vendors. Travel is expected; hybrid onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or Accounting.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial planning, reporting, and business applications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM Cloud and other FP&A apps and data.
• Prepare Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion for planning, modeling, reporting, analytics, cost allocation.
• Oversee data integrity and logic from input to extraction to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with IT and Delta Dental teams to enhance security and operations.
• Design, implement, and test upgrades; drive automation and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and requirements.
