Job summary

Delta Dental seeks a Senior Systems Administrator - FP&A to plan, implement, and support I&O and IT solutions for the FP&A function. You will analyze requirements for developers, collaborate across IT and business units, and translate business needs into technical specifications in a technical environment.

The role focuses on supporting Oracle EPM Cloud, PCMCS, and EDMCS, driving upgrades, data integrity, and performance, and participating in automation and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years in application or systems administration for enterprise IT.
• Experience supporting enterprise FP&A, planning, reporting, and business applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud, PCMCS, EDMCS, and Hyperion suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM Cloud and FP&A applications, tools, reports, and databases.
• Prepare Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion and other FP&A applications for planning, modeling, reporting, analytics, and cost allocation.
• Oversee and maintain the integrity of data and logic within FP&A applications from input to extraction to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Technology and other Delta Dental teams to maintain and enhance the operation and security of those systems.
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
• Assist users with questions and problems related to FP&A applications and data.
• Train users of FP&A applications and databases and maintain documentation.
• Monitor processes and system health to identify issues and data enhancements.
• Design, implement, and test application upgrades, including automation and AI initiatives.
• Meet with stakeholders to establish scope, goals, and requirements for Oracle EPM Cloud- and FP&A projects.
• Develop, analyze, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers.
• Define testing procedures and create test cases for QA.
