Job summary

Delta Dental of California is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator - FP&A to plan, implement, and support FP&A and EPM solutions. You will work across IT and Finance to ensure data integrity, scalable systems, and secure operations for planning, modeling, and cost allocation.

Role requires experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, PCMCS/EDMCS, Hyperion tools, and strong finance knowledge. Hybrid role with onsite expectations and periodic travel, based on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in application administration or systems administration with a related Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial planning, reporting, and business applications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM Cloud and other FP&A applications, tools, reports, and databases.
• Prepare Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion and other FP&A applications for planning, modeling, reporting, analytics, and cost allocation.
• Oversee and maintain data integrity within FP&A applications from input to extraction.
• Collaborate with Technology and Delta Dental teams to maintain and enhance EPM Cloud/Hyperion systems.
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, and performance.
• Assist users with FP&A questions and issues.
• Train users and maintain system documentation.
• Support FP&A and Finance teams to meet timelines with high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor processes and performance for improvements.
• Design, implement, and test upgrades including automation and AI.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope and requirements.
• Develop data mappings and test procedures for QA.
