Delta Dental of California is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator - FP&A to plan, implement, and sustain FP&A systems, including Oracle EPM Cloud, PCMCS, and EDMCS. You will work across IT and Finance to ensure accurate planning, reporting, and analytics.

The role emphasizes data integrity, upgrades, automation, and close collaboration with stakeholders to meet critical timelines and deliver high-quality outputs. A hybrid work arrangement and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years in application/systems administration or related IT role.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial planning, reporting, and business applications.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM Cloud and FP&A applications.
• Prepare FP&A applications for planning, modeling, reporting, analytics, and cost allocation.
• Maintain data integrity across FP&A applications from input to extraction.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to manage FP&A systems and security.
• Design and test application upgrades, including automation and AI integrations.
• Train users and document processes; support finance timelines and deliverables.
• Identify performance issues and implement improvements.
• Coordinate scoping and requirements for Oracle EPM Cloud and FP&A projects.
