Job summary

Delta Dental Ins. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator - FP&A to plan, implement, maintain, and support FP&A IT solutions, including Oracle Cloud EPM, PCM, and EDM. The role collaborates across IT and finance, handling data integrity, reporting, and analytics to meet business needs.

You will oversee EPM cloud applications, participate in upgrades, and drive automation while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, computer science, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial planning, reporting, and business apps.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Oracle EPM Cloud and related tools (PCMCS, EDMCS, Hyperion).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM Cloud and FP&A apps.
• Prepare FP&A apps for planning, modeling, reporting, analytics, cost allocation.
• Maintain data integrity across FP&A applications from input to extraction.
• Collaborate with Technology and other Delta Dental teams on FP&A systems.
• Implement best practices for scalability, maintenance, and performance.
• Assist users with FP&A questions and issues.
• Train users and document system/process procedures.
• Support FP&A and Finance teams to meet deadlines with quality deliverables.
