Job summary

Delta Dental is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator - FP&A to plan, implement, and support I&O and IT solutions for the FP&A function. You will analyze requirements for developers, work with cross-functional teams, and help drive security, automation, and performance across FP&A tools.

The role focuses on Oracle EPM Cloud, PCMCS, EDMCS, and related systems, with projects to enhance planning, analytics, and cost allocation. Hybrid onsite in Oakland or Rancho Cordova, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in application or systems administration with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial planning, reporting, and business applications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes and best practices.
• Proficiency with Oracle EPM Cloud, Planning, PCMCS, EDMCS, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Fusion Cloud and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM Cloud and other FP&A applications, tools, reports, and databases.
• Prepare Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion for planning, modeling, reporting, analytics, and cost allocation.
• Oversee data integrity and logic within FP&A applications from input to extraction.
• Collaborate with Technology and Delta Dental teams to maintain and enhance FP&A systems security and operation.
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, and performance.
• Train users and maintain system documentation.
