Outschool is seeking a driven FP&A Manager to own budgets, forecasts, and models, partnering with all teams as a strategic finance leader to scale processes.

Core responsibilities include supporting budgeting and forecasting with stakeholders and maintaining financial models to track performance metrics. You will provide reporting and insights to leadership and investors, helping fuel growth for the company.

• 5+ years in FP&A with budget ownership and stakeholder management.
• Strong financial modeling skills for growth-stage businesses.
• Excellent communication of complex concepts.
