Outschool is seeking a dedicated FP&A and Strategic Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, delivering data-driven insights to leaders across the company.

You will build and maintain a comprehensive financial model, monitor performance metrics, and support growth initiatives including CAC analysis and customer lifetime value studies. Collaboration with marketing and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with budgeting.
• Proven track record building financial models in growth settings.
• Experience developing financial strategies for public and private companies.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts to leadership.
• Creative problem-solver with strong data analysis.
