Job summary

Pansophic Learning is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Early Learning Academies division. You will build financial models, perform budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, and partner with leadership to drive growth and operational improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in financial modeling and planning, excels at translating data into actionable insights, and is fluent in Excel and ERP platforms such as Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or similar discipline with analytical bias.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience including financial modeling, planning and decision support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; highly proficient in other Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple departments to curate information, deliver key insights and provide strategic perspectives.
• Build financial models and sensitivity analyses to determine forecasted revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for Executive management to communicate strategy and performance.
• Lead monthly rolling forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and annual budget process; analyze variances.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability, including AI-driven solutions.
