Job summary

Champion Petfoods in the United States seeks a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial analysis, reporting, and planning supporting growth. You will partner with the Director FPA/Treasury to manage the annual budget, latest estimates, and long-term strategic plans.

Based in a hybrid setup with in-person days, you will oversee corporate reporting, KPI monitoring, and SGA cost control, while mentoring staff and ensuring timely, accurate insights for execs.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a finance role.
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods preferred.
• Strong financial writing and storytelling with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate corporate reporting, KPI monitoring, and monthly performance reviews.
• Lead annual budget and long-term strategic growth planning with FP&A leadership.
• Own SGA reporting, cost-control initiatives, and benchmarking.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple deadlines.
