Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI analysis across a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and executives to drive profitability and forecast accuracy.

The role emphasizes decision support, reporting excellence, and driving performance improvements in working capital and accounting processes. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or operational finance.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial modeling.
• Ability to build driver-based models linking operational activity to financial results.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and close-to-report processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with ERP/BI/Analytics/Reporting tools
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present insights.
• Manufacturing or food production experience; MBA/CPA/CMA is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range planning and scenario analyses.
• Build driver-based financial models connecting operational activity to income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare executive-ready monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, profitability, cost trends and operational performance.
• Develop KPI dashboards with historical context and forward-looking visibility.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Accounting to evaluate strategic initiatives and capital expenditures.
• Standardize and automate forecasting/reporting; explore AI and analytics.
