Job summary

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This onsite role in Easton, PA focuses on transforming FP&A with a new planning platform, automation, and AI-driven insights.

You will coach the FP&A team, partner with executives, and drive process improvements across finance. A seasoned leader with strong Excel, modeling, and BI skills will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct people-management experience.
• Proven experience leading or implementing an FP&A/CPM planning platform.
• Experience with lean organizations and hands-on implementation.
• Expert-level Excel and advanced financial modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or new technologies in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&A team, set goals, and manage performance.
• Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build complex models, driver-based forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive reporting for the Board.
• Lead FP&A systems selection, implementation, and governance.
• Partner with leaders to drive performance improvement and strategic decisions.
