Job summary

Mach7 Technologies Ltd. seeks an FP&A Manager to own forward-looking planning and analysis, turning data into forecasts and insights for the CFO, CEO and commercial teams. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and model development, while driving finance transformation with automation and AI.

You will collaborate with the CFO, Controller, and Assistant Controller, preparing information for the Board and Audit Committee, and coach colleagues to lift finance capabilities company-wide.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in FP&A, management accounting, commercial finance, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Proven ownership of a budget and rolling forecast, including cash flow and profit forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with live-formula, auditable models.
• Experience with a cloud ERP or accounting system and BI or reporting tools (Sage Intacct helpful).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues.
• A professional accounting or finance designation (CA, CPA, CFA, CMA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast process across the Group, including consolidation to AUD and treatment of functional currencies.
• Build and maintain the cash flow forecast and profit forecast, and report variances against budget and prior forecast for input into Board and Audit & Risk Committee reporting.
• Build and maintain valuation and scenario models, and prepare the forecast inputs used in impairment testing and going concern assessments, for CFO review.
• Support transfer pricing, inter company funding, and other entity-level analysis with modeling.
• Analyze pricing, contract profitability, and margin by product, customer, and entity.
• Analyze and forecast the sales pipeline with RevOps, and link pipeline and bookings to revenue, deferred revenue, and cash.
• Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations to the CFO.
• Identify and implement automation, reporting, and AI tools to reduce manual work in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Document models and processes so they are reliable and reviewable, and coach colleagues in Finance on analysis, modeling, and new tools.
