Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern to support reporting, costing, and profitability analyses.

This paid internship offers a flexible hybrid schedule with on-site work at the Green Bay home office and part-time hours during the school year, increasing to full-time in summer. You will assist with month-end close, standard costing, and cross-functional data analysis while collaborating with FP&A, Commercial, and Strategy teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in finance or accounting with sophomore/junior status.
• Able to work 15–20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week in summer.
• Must work at Green Bay, WI home office year-round.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong curiosity, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and automate FP&A reports for stakeholders.
• Assist month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Support standard costing updates and manufacturing finance tasks.
• Partner with FP&A, Commercial, and Strategy teams for profitability analysis.
• Support strategic finance initiatives and data visualization projects.
