Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience or corporate finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budget, long-term plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Build robust financial models to analyze trends, variances, and drivers.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
