Job summary

Gateway Search Associates in Reading, PA, seeks a Director of FP&A to lead accounting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis for the field services division of a global industrial manufacturer.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with operations and senior management to drive forecast accuracy, close processes, and data-driven decision making to optimize profitability and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Expertise in POC accounting (ASC 606), ERP systems (SAP), and Power BI.
• Advanced analytical forecasting, process improvement, change management, and ability to influence stakeholders.
