Job summary

Pierre Fabre USA INC is seeking an Associate Manager, FP&A in Secaucus, NJ. The role focuses on net revenue, Gross-To-Net, and gross margin performance with strong cross-functional partnerships across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting.

You will lead monthly forecasting, close support, and actionable reporting, building models linking drivers to P&L outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
• Experience in Beauty/CPG industry with strong brands preferred.
• Exposure to Gross-to-Net and customer profitability concepts preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and accrual accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling at channel/product level.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, analysis and forecasting of sales, GtN deductions, and net revenue.
• Monitor revenue performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key drivers and risks.
• Lead monthly Billbacks meetings with Commercial and Accounting, ensuring accurate accruals.
• Monitor and analyze gross margin performance across brands, channels and product categories.
• Develop and enhance financial models connecting business drivers to P&L performance.
