Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking an Associate Manager for FP&A to lead monthly revenue forecasting, GtN deductions and gross margin analysis. The role partners with Commercial, Marketing and Operations to drive profitability and informed decision-making.

You will build and maintain dynamic financial models, support budgeting and long-term planning, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance finance team in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A experience or in Commercial Finance.
• Experience in Beauty or CPG industry is preferred.
• Exposure to Gross-to-Net accounting is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting of sales, GtN deductions, and net revenue.
• Monitor revenue performance against budget and forecast, identify key drivers and risks.
• Develop and enhance financial models linking drivers to P&L performance.
• Support month-end close with accruals and cost allocations, ensuring accuracy.
