Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Finance Business Partner/FP&A professional to lead actual vs. forecast P&L analysis, forecast development, and monthly reports in the Radford, VA area. You will partner with senior leaders to drive actionable insights, automate reporting, and improve financial planning processes.

This onsite role offers growth in a global, profitable organization. You will support and develop business reporting for key managers, contribute to budgeting, and work with tools like

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Three years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong planning, organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter and team player with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and monthly financial/operating review packages with insights for leadership.
• Provide strategic/business support to operational areas for decision making.
• Develop clear forecasts and plans with ownership from business leaders.
• Analyze P&L variations and communicate risks and opportunities to the plan.
• Drive process improvements and streamline reporting tools.
